If anyone is in the Joliet, IL area, there's going to be a HUGE Star Wars event in the downtown area on JUNE 4th from 11am – 4pm. I'll be there as one of the artists along with Dave Dorman, Jamie Snell, Mikey Babinski, and others. The event spans 4 locations in the downtown area: Joliet Public Library, Joliet Historical Museum, Renaissance Center, and The Rialto Square Theatre. Certain streets will be closed as there will be outdoor vendors and food trucks along with literally hundreds of costumed characters. Serious cosplay going on!!! 501st Legion, Rebel Legion, Mandalorians, R2 Builders Club and others. Not sure if there's a parade this year or not, but they have had it in the past along with the American Legion band who led the parade.
